Built in 1970, the building was occupied by the Knights of Columbus until they vacated in 2006. The unique character of the building was preserved and the building was repositioned into a full service restaurant and bar. The original tenant chose this location as its flagship and first location into the Houston market. The property was subsequently purchased by Gloria’s Restaurant Group and now operates as successful South American upscale restaurant.
